Growing up around the business, I had the unique privilege of watching my father, Tom, build Keystone Financial Management from the ground up. His leadership and vision inspired me early on, and I was fortunate to learn from some of the best advisors in the industry. Those experiences shaped the way I approach financial planning today—with a focus on personal relationships, integrity, and long-term commitment.

While studying Business Administration at Kutztown University, I interned with Keystone and saw firsthand how great advisors make an impact not just through their expertise, but through genuine connection. After graduating in 2010, I earned my licenses and joined the family business. Although I wasn’t entirely sure at first whether I had what it took, I focused on listening, understanding, and being fully present for my clients. Over time, I realized this career wasn’t just a job—it was an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, our community, and our family legacy.

As my client relationships grew, so did my passion for constantly learning and improving. I was honored to receive the John Hancock Financial Network Best-In-Class Award for Client Excellence in both 2011 and 2012. In 2013, I advanced my practice by joining the Signator Investors Corporate Registered Investment Advisor program, allowing me to act as a fiduciary and further prioritize my clients’ best interests. That same year, I began pursuing the Certified Financial Planner® designation to deepen my financial planning expertise.

A major turning point came in 2018—a year of personal and professional milestones. My fiancée, Monica, left her career in healthcare to join me in serving my clients, I passed the CFP® exam, and we got married. Later that year, following the merger of our long-time broker-dealer with Royal Alliance (now Osaic Wealth, Inc.), we relocated the KFM office to Nazareth, marking an exciting new chapter for the firm and our family.

Today, as my sister Amber and I step into our roles as Co-Owners of Keystone Financial Management, our focus is on leading the firm into its next era—one built on the same values of excellence, innovation, and client-first service that have defined Keystone since its beginning.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Monica, and our son, Hudson. Whether we’re outdoors, enjoying music, or simply taking in the everyday moments, family time is always at the center of life.
